Okay, so I applied to Lewis & Clark as a freshman transfer, and because of complications with my address I never got a letter saying I was missing items from my application as well as the school not sending my transcript to L&C on time, my application got in on April 20th.
I knew it was pretty late and assumed because of this, it wouldnt be good news. BUT I got waitlisted - this surprised me because I was bracing myself for rejection.
My stats arent terribly, terribly good. My HS gpa was 3.1, my college is 3.2. SATS: 1820 total, and a 4 and 5 on two AP tests. But I think my essay was strong and I had some pretty interesting volunteer work.

Anyhow, has anyone been waitlisted as a transfer at L&C (or anywhere else for that matter?) I have no idea what to expect. I think its pretty good news because out of 153 acceptances of transfers, only 54 enrolled. last year there were 67 who enrolled.
Any insight would be lovely, thanks!
