Does anyone know about chances of transfer students getting in from Cal Poly waitlist?

In SLO’s common dataset, only Freshman waitlist stats are posted from last year so no transfers. Sorry, unable to give you an idea other than to scour last year’s waitlist thread.
Are waitlist offers based solely on MCA?
@GoDogsGo: Since MCA is supposedly what SLO uses to rank applicants for admission then I would assume that is what they you use for determining whom goes on the waitlist.
