Waitlisted at Notre Dame

Just got my letter on Monday, the letter mentioned 900 were on the list last year and 240 were admitted. Anyone else hearing similiar numbers from ND?

I heard that only 76 were admitted last year…were you planning on accepting a wait list status?

I’m on the waitlist as well–I think the letter said that anywhere from zero to 250 can be admitted. I’m hoping for the latter this year. :]

Hey guys!

I was waitlisted last year at ND and was fortunate enough to get off. If I can be of any help let me know and we can talk. I will give you what I think helped/didn’t help from my experience!

Wishing you the best!

According to the 2009-2010 Notre Dame common data set, 257 people were admitted off a waitlist of 1060. Thats actually pretty encouraging as about a quarter of the people accepting a spot on the waitlist were admitted.

has anyone gotten off the waitlist yet?

I’m on the waitlist too. Are we supposed to send in additional information?

“Are we supposed to send in additional information?”

It would be best to thank ND and accept your position on the waiting list. Then, notify ND of any other achievements, awards, etc. you may have earned after the general admissions period.

Hey, I don’t think we will hear about the waiting list until after numbers are in and calculated that first week in May.

Hey MiTennisGuy!

Thanks for offering help. As an outcome of the second round, I got wait-listed by the Notre Dame Mendoza B school. I have sent the thank note and accepted to remain on the wait-list. Also, I have been asked to have a feedback session with Brian in the last week of March. Please suggest, what should I do before I have my call with Brian? Also, any specific preparation I should do for having call with Brian? Many Thanks

Warm Regards
Ankur
