Waitlisted at Purdue. Next Steps.

I had a 2100 on the SAT.
and 800 on M2 and Physics.
Decent essays and ECs.
Major: Computer Engineering.
Applied on Jan 20th(Did this have an impact?)
and got waitlisted. What should I do next?
Should I change my major and appeal? Should I stay on the waitlist? talk to admissions office?

bro same here.I got this message Decision:denied/offered waitlisted.I am really shocked because I think my stats surpassed the requirements of purdue engineering.

I know people who got into purdue engineering with Act 24.I applied on jan24th.But I am not sure if this really made an impact.I was really anxious to get in but know that Purdue waitlisted me I dont know if I can get into virginia tech and penn state.Those 2 colleges turned from safety schools to dream colleges.

I think timing of application affected both of you. Purdue started sending out acceptances back in October.

Hi, just so you know, most of the Purdue engineering quota gets filled up by Mid Jan.
