Waitlisted at Stanford.. What do I do? Help!

<p>I was waitlisted at Stanford, it's my top choice. I got into UCLA and Cal.</p>

<p>I'm putting my deposit in for either UCLA or Cal, but if I could go to Stanford I would be over the moon.</p>

<p>Is there anything I can do to increase my chances of getting off the waitlist??</p>

<p>My grades aren't great this semester, but I am trying to pull them up.. and I haven't done anything amazing recently >_<. Any advice on this is greatly appreciated!</p>

<p>write them a letter saying you'll definitely go if accepted.</p>

<p>Send in an updated resume or list of new achievements/awards. Get in contact with the dean of admissions or an interviewer? You can write a letter of intent stating that you will go for sure if you are removed from the waiting list.</p>
