Hi, I' m an international student from Ghana. Unfortunately, I have been waitlisted by WashU. and after reading a couple of older threads, i understand that it is highly unlikely for one to get into freshman year through a Waitlist.. However, WashU is my first choice and I want to apply again as a transfer student from Purdue/WPI/IIT. Which school (purdue/wpi/iit) would be a good option considering the fact that I want to apply again to WashU as a transfer applicant? and will my current status as a waitlisted applicant give me an advantage on my next application?

Wash U doesn’t accept many transfers. Also being on the waitlist now makes no difference. Go to a school you’ll be happy attending.
