That was when applicant pool was 23,000, now it’s at 28,000 an increase of 21%.
Prorating it would mean a pool of 6600 applicants over 2200, 13,500 over 2100 and 19,000 over 2000. Either way, you still have a very large pool of qualified applicants for a smaller supply of seats… and the question remains how to decide who gets the offer.</p>
