I was waitlisted for the arts and sciences school and have no idea of my chances of being admitted from the waitlist. Does anybody have an idea of the chances? I've already sent a letter and of course my mid year grades.

This is quoted from RUKnights in another forum. Hope this helps.

"A student’s chances of admission from a waiting list are difficult to predict. If we find that we have space for additional students (which usually happens sometime after May 1), we review all the students on the waiting list and admit the most academically competitive students. For this reason, its important for students to keep their files updated with their most recent academic records (high school students should submit updated marking period grades and transfer students should submit an updated college transcript at the end of the spring semester). Because we cannot guarantee admission from a waiting list, all wait listed students should begin making alternate college arrangements for the upcoming semester. "

I meant another thread and here is the link to it.
