<p>I called them to ask about the waitlist, but they were very vague and said something along the lines of “The waitlist varies year to year. We don’t know if we will accept students off the waitlist this year. We may or we may not.”</p>
<p>Geez, you’d think they’d know by now… -_-</p>

<p>i am an international student who is waitlisted in MHC…i have not heard from the college about my final decision yet…has anyone waitlisted in MHC been informed of their fate??? i am getting really anxious here…</p>

<p>hey! I just wanted to let you all know that I just got off the waitlist this afternoon, so they have definitely decided to start admitting waitlist candidates =) good luck to those still waiting!</p>

<p>How did you find out? Did they call you or e-mail you? Or did you get a letter from the mail? I’m soo anxiouss!!</p>
<p>I got an e-mail at about 4pm telling me that I was (finally!) accepted, and that they were overnighting my admissions packet. Then a few minutes later I got an e-mail about my financial aid package, so it’s all starting to come together! I’m sure they’ll respond to more people by the end of the week, so don’t give up hope yet!</p>
<p>How was your financial aid package? Does it seem like you had a disadvantage because you were waitlisted?</p>
<p>My aid package was excellent, actually! They offered me more than I thought that they would, being on the waitlist. My EFC was around $12,000 and they stuck to that nicely, giving us $14,550. It’s definitely manageable, even better than the package that I got from the school where I sent in my initial deposit!</p>

<p>The waitlist isn’t ranked, right? If you don’t mind me asking, how many updates did you send the Admissions Office? Is that how they’re going to select students off the waitlist? (According to how many times we’ve “expressed interest.”)</p>
