Used it a lot last year!
Good Luck :)

Richs73cas, was looking at the published numbers for a friend for U Michigan. Seems like nobody off the waitlist for years and years except 525 in 2006. Seems rather strange to me - any thoughts on that? Could they be witholding info/distorting info?

PS

for all of us who went there, regardless of the fact that there are graduate programs there, its still officially Dartmouth College, not University, for now…

Hi Bristolstomp,
Here’s a link to earlier years stats.
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/college-admissions/45272-waitlisted-statistical-chances-getting-35.html#post1062501530

They did take 526 in Fall 2006 and 5 in 2004 from the Wait List
All other years Wait List info back to 1998 are either 0 admitted or not published.

Not really sure what they are doing with their Wait List.
It certainly varies from year to year.

Do you think its too late to send in a waitlist interest letter? I’m having regrets about not pursuing mine further… :/

Bristolstomp

Not sure why I did that.
But I remember thinking that I was “correcting” the listing at the time I did it.

Thanks for the REAL correction.

Rich :)

Seeing some of the statistics makes me feel even more anxious and more hopeful at the same time. Haha… paradox?

Thanks for providing this resource.
I still am going to have hope!

What about Sarah Lawrence? I have sent in additional recs, grades, creative writing, notification of awards, and a letter stating that it is my first choice.
