waitlisted

I was waitlisted, not surprised fourth school for me, anyway did Marist take anyone form teh waitlist last year? I will send the letter to be put on waitlist, but realize my chance are slim to none.

I was waitlisted as well - I will say yes to being put on the list but I am not optimistic.

Don’t lose hope. So many kids apply to 10 - 15 schools. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you guys!

D was waitlisted too, not surprised either. They said they admitted only 28% of applicants so I would say it will be very slim to get off waitlist for sure. D doesn’t want to do waitlist, 3rd one for her too. Doesn’t anyone get denied anymore lol?

I was waitlisted as well. First one though. Anyone know what to do (besides send back the form) to show admissions you still want a spot and are improving academically etc. ?

I attend Marist now, and a handful of my friends were waitlisted before they were accepted, so don’t lose hope! It definitely helps if you show them how interested you are in going here, so it wouldn’t hurt to give them a call or sign up for a tour. Little things like that could definitely boost your chances.

Don’t lose hope!! A lot of my friends were waitlisted and ended up getting off the waitlist and into the school of there dreams. For now just accept the spot on the waitlist and hope for the best. Stay positive and always remember that whatever happens you will be happy wherever you end up attending you just have to remember to make the most of it.
