I just checked Minerva and I was offered a spot on the waitlist. I ended up accepting, but I'm curious as to how many people will be on it. Did anyone else get this offer?

I was also waitlisted…to arts. Does anyone know when we will hear back from them by?? Do they tell us if we were rejected or just leave us hanging? (I’m an American student)

Waitlisted as well. I believe it can take as long as early May to find out of you made the cut.

I believe waitlists can extend well into June… then again so it does at many colleges.

any updates?

@barcelotina I was accepted off of the waiting list last night. They sent an email saying my admissions decision was available on Minerva.

Congratz gotoshelf!!

we also just got accepted off the wait list earlier this week. Already gave deposit to GW University, now need to decide - DC or Montreal… GW or McGill… any thoughts? Going up to visit again Memorial Day weekend…

Who’s “we”?

Maybe let your son or daughter decide.

I posted on another waitlist thread…I was RDP for the longest time…then got waitlisted late March…had commited to UCSD and was happy to go to CA…forgot about McGill…just happened to check Minerva (they never sent an email) and saw that I was accepted…went to visit that weekend…loved it…will be snowboarding instead of surfing now!..my friend was also waitlisted and he recently called and gave them his ID number and nicely asked when he might hear a decision…he was accepted the next morning…good luck!

@singita
Hi do you know which number your friend called? I called their undergraduate office and the lady was really snappy towards me (there was no way to give her my I’d number)
I’m hoping to try again. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I really want to get in. Any advice/info is appreciated!

I’m a transfer student that got waitlisted two days ago, so I don’t know if this applies to any of you… but I just got in today, so it’s definitely moving. Stay positive!

Hi Xiaoty…he said he called the general number and asked for undergraduate admissions…try again…maybe you will get someone nicer this time…tell them you just want to make sure they don’t need any other additional information…good luck…you will get in!!!
