Yuo never know if they could have done a last minute change even if they had already sent out a rejection letter.

Did any of you guys on the waitlists apply EA? Im hoping I can do that next year, b/c its really stressful to be in such a situatiion... I hope the best for you guys, and things happen for a reason, if you didnt get in, it probably wasnt the right fit for you. Im thinking it is for me know (rising HS senior) but truth is, I didnt think that a month ago. OMG this college selection/admission process has to be the most stressing thing ever.

Yes..I did apply Early Action, was deferred...then waitlisted...then finally admitted. haha a lot of fun waiting. If you can apply early do it just to get it off your shoulders.

i did the same...EA deferred then waitlisted then admitted. my only advice to you applying EA, is that if you're deferred, make sure you stay in close contact with the school to reiterate that it is your top choice (even though it may not be). update them on recent accomplishments, new grades, etc. write personal letters to admissions and just be friendly. good luck in the admissions process

and hopefully you wont be enrolling in THREE colleges next year (like I did this year).
