Waitlisted

So, I was waitlisted at Penn. Who else was?

Are our chances now nonexistent? Does anyone have stats about the waitlist? (How many get on it, how many they take, etc.)

i was waitlisted as well but to wharton. I think our chances are quite slim, are you going to stay on the waitlist?

I think I am. My view is that it can't hurt to stay on a waitlist, but I won't count on anything.

I was waitlisted too

Also waitlisted at Caltech

Have to get off the waiting list!!! GAHHHHH!!!

I was rejected by Harvard and Yale

I feel so miserable :(

waitlisting is gay as hell....i got waitlisted at penn and cornell, rejected from duke, and i was deferred ED from duke too, this college admissions process will never end...looks like umich for me

Do you know the acceptance rates for the waitlist at the college (or SEAS if possible)? They said about 4% of applicants are waitlisted, that's about 700 applicants, and I'd say 500 would stay on. Assuming about 50-75 from that accepted, that's still not horrible chances.

count me in.

i was waitlisted from Yale too.
Rejected from Harvard.
