^ liar, no way that’s true, your posts should be deleted for excessive ■■■■■■■■

Johncc888 - you have posted this info in many threads. Who is the source of this information? The folks who pursue these threads are looking for some tangible information. None of them enjoy being waitlisted at their dream school.

No kidding. The post was from 2007 anyway, wasn’t it?..

So has anyone been accepted from Columbia’s waitlist yet? …still waiting here.

Someone told me that last year members of the waitlist were receiving phone calls within a week of the enrollment deadline.

Anyone planning on calling?

It appears that Columbia is over enrolled this year - though by how many is not known, There are some posting in this forum that Columbia may not use their waitlist. Good Luck - they have not announced that they would not either

Thanks. I figured that was the case, but still hoping. How certain are you?

Anyway, I guess BC it then! At least I’ll get to watch some awesome hockey :)

GO PENS!!

Looks like they have a great yield. Though wish we knew by how many they have exceeded their class size. Like Penn says it has enrolled more than the class size by 16 or so. They are supposed notify the waitlistees this week. Hopefully something positive :(

Was hoping to have an email or phone call today. Columbia is still my first choice. But either way at this point I’d just like some closure (as I’m sure we all would). As Tom Petty and the aplty named Heartbreakers said: The waiting is the hardest part…

Columbia has released majority of its waitlist students by email and retained a few on extended waitlist

^ this is true

Alas, closure. Boston College, here I come. GO SCREAMING EAGLES!!!

S got letter Monday – on to Wesleyan!!! Wow – the Ivies were a monster this year!!!

how long is the extended waitlist
