Waitlistee reapplying as a transfer

<p>I applied RD for Barnard Class of 2015. And I was waitlisted.</p>

<p>I am reapplying as a transfer to go into Barnard fall 2012 as a sophomore.</p>

<p>Any advice so that I can actually be fully accepted this time around?</p>
