<p>I read somewhere that as a freshman you can only get waitlisted
in the fall (not in the summer). But once school starts,
can you attend a class that is FULL in addition to the classes you
are enrolled in?</p>

<p>Wait, as a freshman you're allowed to be on a waitlist?</p>
<p>No. The bluebook says that freshmen are not allowed on waitlists to ensure all freshmen are signed up for at least 4 credits by the time classes start.</p>
<p>The blue book also says </p>
<p>"You cannot add yourself to a waitlist during the summer registration window. Waitlisting is permitted only during the beginning of the Fall term for first-semester students."</p>
<p>I don't know how waitlisting system works but does this mean that other semester students can get add themselves to waitlist as soon as their registration window opens?</p>
