Waive Application Fee?!

On a previous CC thread I saw someone post that if someone visits the Rutgers campus they would get a code to waive the app fee?

Here is the original post & website:

Also is there any other way to cut the application fee for Rutgers?

I am applying as a transfer student from community college not from high school,
the fees to send my college transcript, HS transcript, and SAT & AP scores are quickly adding up

If anyone has any other tips, please feel free to add to this thread

Thanks so much

Rutgers waives app fee for high school students with financial hardship (must see GC).

I do not know of any fee waivers for college transfers, but you could ask someone at your cc’s financial aid office.

ok thanks

but did you hear of someone visiting the campus and getting a app fee waived?

No. Tons of people visit campus. I don’t think they would waive the fee for that.
