<p>Today I received my admissions letter from UF. It says that my tuition deposit requirement has been waived. I don't have a problem with this, but I was wondering why they did this. I think I may demonstrate financial need, but I never made arrangements with the Office of Admissions to waive the tuition deposit. Also, I did not have any previous waivers of any kind. Any suggestions? Thanks.</p>

<p>Ok. I was just asking because I am in the same situation as you are, however I thought they might have waived it because I attended the Hispanic Scholars program. I guess not</p>
