Waiving SHIP?

<p>When can we waive our SHIP? I logged in here:</p>

<p>but there's no option to Waive, only to view last year's transactions.</p>

<p>It’ll show on and off. That’s what happened to me when I went to waive it last week. Just keep trying or call them.</p>
