Wake Forest, Boston College, or George Washington

I've been accepted to all of these schools and I'm really confused as to where I would like to go. If you were in my situation where would you go and why? I plan on majoring in Political Science. Thank you for any help.

GW, its in the capital, perfect for poli sci

They are all wicked close
In terms of job placement, definitely GW. It is near DC, which is full of politicians.
In terms of money, BC or Wake. You will probably make around the same graduting from any of the three, but GW costs 10,000 more than the other two.
In terms of college life, I would say BC. It is right near Boston, the people are nice, and it has an awesome campus.
In terms of prestige, Wake/BC (they are very similar) then GW.
Overall, I would rank (BC and Wake are close)
1 BC
2 Wake
3 GW

GW for poli sci

thanks, I would appreciate more opinions as well.

All 3 have their strong points. GW certainly has the Federal Govt. thing on its side. BC is in the state capital, and is traditionally the place where aspiring Massachusetts politicians go (did you know John Kerry went to BC Law School?) so state govt internships etc. should be available. GW has like zero campus atmosphere compared to BC and WF, which have 2 of the most beautiful campuses anywhere. Also, WF and BC are in the ACC, so they have the full range of bigtime sports. BC also has a top-notch and wildly popular hockey team (in the Frozen 4 this year).

For poli sci id go to GW then BC then Wake.

anyone else?

Have you visited them?

BC is delicious to me. I still have tiny regrets about not applying there. I like the people- they seem really nice. And even though I'm not catholic, I'm drawn to the sense of community at catholic schools. GWU is well known, but I don't think it's as prestigious if you get my point. But then again, poli sci is the crown jewel of GWU. Internships, job offers, that's the place to be. And Wake. Wake is a good, good school, especially for poli sci, but I've heard some discerning things about Wake.

Yeah, I've said it before and I'll say it again, BC doesn't have just an excellent location, it has perhaps THE best location. Gorgeous campus surrounded on 3 sides by rich and incredibly safe neighborhood (c0llegepr0wler.com has it as the safest campus in the country), a trolley stop right next to campus that takes you into the ultimate college town in minutes. And now that it's in the ACC, the sports couldn't be MORE high-profile.

GW does indeed have a campus. It's not a traditional campus because it's right in the city. I would suggest you take a tour and deciding for yourself. It's definitely a campus that is appealing some but not all people. Something that's definitely a personal choice.

George Washington

I'd say Wake is the most prestigious out of the three and has the most traditional college expierence. BC is similiar to Wake but is religious affiliated. I'd pick one of these two, great academics and ACC sports.

Wake has the most academic prestige.
