<p>Hi everyone,
I submitted my Early Decision application to Wake Forest July 31. Wondering who else was already accepted and when they submitted their app. Stats would also be helpful.</p>

<p>My friend got in last year Rolling ED with presidential scholarship.
White Female
Top 20 school in state and top 3%
3.87 GPA UW 4.35 W
ACT was 34
and double Legacy</p>

<p>I just got my acceptance letter yesterday. I applied almost exactly six weeks ago, so that is about how long it will take for ED. </p>

<p>Did your application say completed six weeks ago? My D’s ED form was not rec’d until 2 weeks after everything else was submitted. My guess 6 week countdown starts at completion.</p>

<p>Yes the six week countdown does start when everything is in their database. Once they have everything they need they six weeks begin.</p>

<p>You say you have already received the acceptance letter? spring term or fall term? i have just submitted my stuff yesterday…for ED</p>

<p>I submitted my ED application around early November (around the 5th) and received my acceptance letter the 28th. So it only took around 3 weeks for me</p>

<p>If I submitted my app on November 15th when should I expect to get my response.</p>

<p>@lgm7272‌ I submitted mine the 2nd and had everything from my school arrive on the 5th. Still havent heard anything. When do you think I’ll hear back?</p>

<p>@lgm7272 wow you heard in just over 3 weeks? what do you attribute to that very quick response? are you a very qualified candidate? that’s great!</p>

<p>I applied the third week of October and heard back the second week of December!

Female
Top 50 U.S public H.S
Top 25% of graduating class in a very competitive school
GPA 3.67 (unweighted) - my school doesn’t weight GPA’s
2 honors classes every semester beginning sophmore year - school doesn’t offer an AP curriculum
2 honors classes- 1 dual enrollment class at an ivy league close by senior year
did not submit scores: SAT 1950 ACT 26 M: 21 (i dont know what happened!) R: 31 W: 27 S: 27 essay: 10
EC: volleyball, lacrosse, indoor track, volunteer tutor
Work: Lifeguard at local dock over the summer
Extra’s:

  • originally from an underserved area
  • I had a really funny essay
