Wake Forest RD Class of 2023

Nothing in Informed Delivery, located in Virginia. Good news or slow mail? Not sure if the mail has to route through Richmond and will take another day?

All notifications are sent regular mail. For some reason, the large acceptance envelopes don’t always show up in the Informed Delivery process.

FYI for those waiting, we had informed delivery but the (ED) acceptance did not show up. It also took 5 days from the Winston-Salem postmark to reach CT.

The small envelope just showed up in informed delivery! From reading all the posts I gather this means my D didn’t get in. We’re so disappointed. Anyone has any idea why the envelope has “return service requested” printed on it?

I think that means that if the envelope is undeliverable to your address for any reason, the sender is requesting that the mail be returned to them.

Does a regular size letter mean for sure that you are denied or waitlisted? Mine just came up on informed delivery :frowning:

Those with the small envelope, where are y’all from?

Ok thanks

Raleigh, NC

@lsufan4301 NJ. so a small letter means WL or rejection for sure?

For those with the small envelopes - did any of you receive the invite to campus day in early March that was subsequently retracted ? Ed deferred applicants only

No small envelope, didn’t get the email either and I was deferred ED I.

My DD small envelope is coming to Lexington KY which is several hops from WF. WF acceptances are gold and black letters from what I read and they do not show up in Informed Delivery (this was true for all snail mail acceptances and any mail my DD received from any school so far). But our mail arrives 10:15am so I will let you all know!

@virginiatowake I think that’s a good sign

Think TX could receive the letters today?

@virginiatowake wait so you were also deferred ED1, didn’t receive the accidental email regarding campus day but got admitted today?

A small envelope came up on informed delivery today - we live in CT.

@MAhoose I think she doesn’t see a small envelope.

@sanangelo1 ah ok that makes sense. were u also a deferred ED1 applicant who didn’t get that accidental email? i’ve been worried about it for a month now

Yes, although I just didn’t see the small envelope. Mail comes to me after noon, I’ll update then. I guess there is a chance mail could just be late?
