Could someone post where in the portal you found the option to submit an enrollment deposit? TIA
I logged into the portal and then opened my transfer application. At the top of the page where the checklist is was the option to submit my enrollment deposit
I was accepted. I should note I applied last year and was waitlisted. Here are my stats:
High school GPA: 3.84 UW and 5.96 W
Took nine APs: Calc AB, Stats, APUSH, Art History, Euro, Gov, Lit, Lang, and Environmental Science.
SAT: 1410 (700 Math and 710 Reading)
ECs: Did a lot with political campaigns in my local area, started a tutoring club for students at a charter school, part time job at a retail chain.
Current College: low ranking LAC in NC
College GPA: 4.0
ECs: Political Internship, two Nationally held positions in one of my hobbies (explained more in my essays), and Poetry Publications.
No letters of rec.
Essays: I’d rank my essays a 6 or 7/10; while some of my essays I believed to be creative, I acknowledge some of mine sucked lmao.
do you think if i don’t have the option to submit a deposit i for sure did not get accepted? i submitted in late march.
I received my admissions packet today! I live around 1 1/2 hours from campus fyi

Hey guys. I recently applied to wake for as a prospective transfer student and was wondering how I compared/ what my chances might be.
I’m a freshman at The University of Wisconsin-Madison and had a first semester GPA of 3.5, but second semester is more like a 3.8/3.9
HS gpa: 4.1 W
College GPA: probs will average to 3.6/3.7
EC:
- varsity soccer
- created my own environmental organization
- worked 2 jobs
- internship with a startup tech company
- was picked from an entrepreneurship camp out of 100 kids to create a business plan for my start up idea
- a lot of community service
College EC:
- women in economics
Kinda was finding my way this year and didn’t get super involved which could hurt
Received an email asking about Spring quarter midterm grade. What do they mean by that?
P.S. I received a decision two weeks ago saying my decision will not be available before I submit the final grade at the end of the year.
@kcasssuu it means they want to see your grades before they make a decision on your admission.

Submitted my deposit today! I’m so excited!!!
Where on the portal will it say “submit your deposit”? I received an email from Wake a few weeks ago saying my decision is pending until they receive my final grades. I sent Wake my final grades on Friday and they received my transcript on Monday. I’m anxiously waiting.
Right as you log in, text will say 'Submit your Enrollment Deposit" or something along those lines with a link to pay.
Has anyone who had their decision postponed heard anything back yet?

I just heard back, mine said that they are over enrolled and thus unable to offer me admission. They said it could drop and then things could change, but the with the way she put it, the chances didn’t sound great. Pretty disappointed, I was really hoping to get in and attend.
I got the notification to pay enrollment fee. Has anyone payed it yet and seen if it lets you into the enrolled student portal or something?
