Wake Forest v. UCSD v. NYU

<p>I have been accepted to these three schools along with some others. I am now trying to decide which college to go. They are all ok schools. However, I heard from others that Wake's reputation is not so great. New York has way too many distractions. UCSD as a school is fairly new. I intend to major in applied math. </p>

<p>Which college should I go? Or are there any other schools I should consider. </p>

<p>Here are all the colleges that accepted me:
Wake Forest
UC San Diego
NYU
UC Santa Barbra
University of Washington (Seattle)
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
Georgia Tech
Penn State</p>

<p>I am still waiting for Vanderbilt.</p>

<p>I vistited NYC last summer and drove past NYU. I like the area it’s in. The city is busy and takes getting used to, but I don’t think that there would be more distractions than any other school.</p>

<p>UCSD is great. My cousin went there. It’s in San Diego (obviously) and close to the beach, other major cities, etc. The campus is really pretty too.</p>

<p>My best friend visited UCSB and said it’s like literally on the ocean and is gorgeous. She plans to go there. </p>

<p>That’s all I really know. I know I probably didn’t help much but you have some really great schools to choose from :)</p>
