Here are two sites I thought were pretty cool:

1) This is an article from one of yale's many many publications about to Yalies and the huge prank they pulled on Harvard. It's fun. Even thought I haven't matriculated yet, it made me proud to be a bulldog. Haha

2) This is one of those lame online quizzes. It's entitled WHICH IVY LEAGUE IS RIGHT FOR YOU? It's fun, but kind of inaccurate. I got into Yale EA and am still applying to Brown, yet it said I was perfect for Princeton (#5 Ivy in my book)

But don't be so ego-centric as to believe that kids at other schools don't "have a good time." If that's the best you can do to justify your choice, that's pretty pathetic.

I'm glad Byerly thinks the Yale football team's loss to the Harvard football team is an accurate reflection of the University as a whole. Pretty pathetic indeed.

You are the one groping for reasons to justify your choice. I haven't seen any threads whare Harvard students feel the need to justify their choice, either because of football, drinking opportunities, quality of instruction or for any other reason - particularly relative to Yale.

ANYways, back to the links that Yasdnil posted.

"Work hard, but not as hard as you would have worked at your safety schools (Swarthmore and U. of Chicago)" LOL. This is totally me, except replace "safety schools" with "second choice schools" (man, I wish I could call them safeties).

I know what bylery would have answered for that one question:
College is a time to...
He would, of course, say BICKER.

Anyway, none of you (except for one. way to go garou! ) said which school you got. Don't be embarrassed if you don't get Yale. Byerly. Don't feel ashamed if you didn't come up with harvard. but I'm curious. Repost!

Actually, I didn't get around to saying what school I got. It was Harvard. =p It's really my second or third choice (out of three Ivies) though.
