<p>What kind of student gets hired at Duke? Do you have to be in MMS or econ?</p>

<p>Contrary to popular perception, an econ degree is not at all necessary to get into ibanks. Engineers, hard science, math, stat etc all have the ability to pursue interviews and make it into banking/MC.</p>

<p>This thread was about undergrad recruitment...I don't see how accusations of cheating directed at a group of Chinese (actually from China) graduate students in the school of business will effect undergrad finance recruitment</p>

<p>Also, that occurred in April - any fallout would have already occurred. Though I think its annoying that they are claiming Fuqua is targeting foreigners unfairly.</p>

<p>On another note, Public Policy and Econ majors are the ones who go into finance the most IMO</p>
