Walsh School of Foreign Service

I did my EA to Georgetown/Walsh. Just to make sure, upon graduation, I wouldn't have any obligations to serve the American government would I?

I see you, like me, have over 300 views and no reply. So let me do that for you.

If you pay for college yourself or with basic financial aid, no, you do not.
If you for for college using a scholarship that came from somewhere that asks you to work for them after you graduate, yes, you would have that commitment.

I do not believe the American government offers any such scholarship (more so, specific agencies do). If you have not applied to get money from them and then also use it, then you do not have to worry about obligations to serve the government.

stelmack is correct, I do believe the CIA has a scholarship that will require you to work for them after graduation.

Nah I think I’ll get scholarship from Georgetown itself. Thanks for the answers! :D
