<p>Yes, I would check the website of each college to which you’ve applied to make sure. If the website isn’t clear, call the financial aid office. I have done this for each of the 6 colleges to which my daughter applied and for which the website didn’t say, and none of those 6 required it, but you should go to the source and find out for yourself.</p>

<p>No, I would not fill out FAFSA unless one of your colleges requires it, given the information you’ve provided. Some might say to fill it out anyway; I say, spend the time searching for merit aid instead.</p>
