Want to Experience BC?

On Sunday, March 27th, the undergraduate student government at Boston College is putting on an event called Splash.*Splash is a one day event where high school students come to BC’s campus and take a wide range of classes all taught by BC undergraduates. The goal of the event is to show high school students that learning can be fun and exciting by giving them the opportunity to take something that would never be offered in high school and connect them with undergraduates who are passionately pursuing their own education. On our course catalogue this semester, classes range from “The Subtle Art of Body Language in Business and Dating” to “How to be Zorro: Introduction to Fencing”

Besides the learning, Splash is also a rare opportunity for high school students to be immersed in the BC environment in way that is unavailable on normal campus tours.

Registration is online and very simple at*http://bcsplash.learningu.org/. To register as a student, simply click the big blue circle that says LEARN and follow the simple instructions that follow. On that site, students will choose which classes they wish to take on the day of the event, which, again is March 27th.

If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions please e-mailbcsplash@bc.eduor call (617) 297-7524.*

Registration ends Wednesday the 23rd!
