Want to go to SMG but hates math!

Hey all,

I am a CGS student that wants to do international management at SMG, but I hate math. What do you guys recommend? what is the easiest math course that is available? I looked at the SMG pathways and it says that I can do Econ101 or Math, does that mean I can just economics and not do any math until I get to SMG? and when I get to SMG will I have to do Math at International Management? I love business, but I am one of those businessmen who hate numbers, I need a heads up on this guys

Thanks, Leo :)

You have to take Calc I (MA 121 or MA 123) no matter what. It’s a prereq for SM 221 (Stats class).

A businessman who hates numbers! The future Bernie Madoff’s will be lining up to offer you investment “opportunities”…

Is MA 121 or MA 123 hard??

are you taking calculus this year? If your not, Im going to tell you that its a ***** in my opinion.

Even if you just take Econ, there’s still going to be math in the class.

MA 121 is calc for social sciences so it’s more ‘applied’ while MA 123 is just pure calc. I took MA 123, it was an easy A.
