<p>What suggestions do you have to improve chances of acceptance for applying for 2016?</p>

SAT: Didn't take, yet. Should I?
ACT: 25 (took as sophomore, no preparation, scheduled to take again)</p>

GPA: 4.0 (unweighted)
Course load: AP Physics, AP History, Gifted Math, will take 4 years of Spanish
Rank: Top 15% (49/320)
Honors: Member of National Honor Society, Academic High Honor Roll/ Responsibility and Loyalty Award</p>

<p>The only major suggestion I have is to study for the ACT and knock it out of the park. Rose’s 2014 freshman class median ACT is 30, so a 25 is well below the median. With some prep I’m sure you can hit the median and higher, which would significantly improve your chances. The rest of your profile looks very good. I wouldn’t worry about taking the SAT.</p>

As far as swimming goes, I think it would depend on your times. Compare your times to the team’s times to see how you compare.
