<p>Hi I'm currently a freshman at St.Johns University I really dont feel like attending this university I want to transfer to any school in NY/NJ area where I could possible dorm or get an appt like at a CUNY school or something. I dont really have a major and I'm kind of scared of declaring one. So I would want to go to a school with a wide variety of majors. The one major I'm interested in is Finance but I dont know to much about it to declare it. My grades at St.johns at midterms I had higher than a 3.0. My gpa in his school was a 2.0 and SATS were a 1430. I really want to transfer and I know I should have looked at schools awhile ago but I've just been busy and things have happenned that make me really want to transfer</p>
<p>Have you tried the "counelsor-bot" features on the Princeton Review and Collegeboard's websites? They'll at least generate a list of places you can start from. You'll probably have to provide more info here if you want specific help.</p>
<p>montclair, william paterson, drew, fairleigh dickinson are northern NJ schools i think you'd have a chance at, but since you aren't sure about your major, i don't know if they'd have programs you'd be interested in.</p>
<p>Still looking to get out of St. Johns!! If you are still interested in Rutgers, talk to and admin. consuler, they were really helpful to me when I transfered there.</p>
