Want to transfer need some serious help

Just started a state school cause didn't do the best in highschool and was unprepared with college. Don't get me wrong it's not bad going to state school but I want to transfer to umass, udel, or South Carolina. I looked up the transfer requirements for business and I need above a 3.0 basically which I can do but I need calculus...which I didn't do. I need to complete algebra before calculus in my college so after a year In my state school can I transfer and take calculus there? I don't want to stay for more than a year here

You should try asking people at the universities you’re thinking if transferring to. Go on their websites and look for academic advisors and send them emails explaining your situation, I’m sure they’d be glad to help! I’m sure that you could transfer before taking calc, but definitely double check

I called up jmu so far and they said the recommendations to transfer are the same for anything so right now that’s my top! I just need 24 credits but you don’t think I need calc? If I needed to take it I would have to stay a year and half which I can’t do
