Want to transfer to 4-year university but could fail statistics

I'm currently a community college student attending a community college in the Californian Bay Area.

I've read the CSU requirements, have a 2.6 GPA and I've passed all required classes but I still have to finish an advanced math class and I chose statistics, which I'm taking during the summer.

My grade is currently a D but it could be a C if I pass my final but If I fail it I'll undoubtedly receive a D on statistics, which is a transferable course.

I'm currently pursuing a degree in administration of justice and I've finished all the course requirements but I hope to transfer to a nearby Cal State University (either San Jose, Sacramento, SF, Sonoma, East Bay, etc.) and switch to something else.

Will my chances of transferring to a Cal State University be eliminated completely if I receive a D in statistics (which is a transferable course)?

Someone recommended that I post this here so I apologize for posting this before in another forum.

I believe a college level math course must be passed (C) or the student is disqualified for transfer. You should meet with a CCC transfer counselor for more advice.

Where have you taken most of your CCC courses? It is quite difficult to transfer to non-local CSUs with a 2.6.
