<p>I want to transfer to UCLA.. which would be a better community college to transfer from? PIERCE COLLEGE or SANTA MONICA COLLEGE... which is better? which do you recommend? pros/cons? feedback? or a better community college in los angeles?

<p>If I were you I would look into which CC has some sort of transfer program to UCLA. For example, they give you a certain GPA to get and maintain during your 2 years getting your AA and then you get guaranteed admittance to UCLA your junior year. I know a few people who did that except for Cal, not UCLA</p>
<p>definately santa moniac college. they have the certain GPA thing where you are guaranteed admittance to UCLA. and also, its the feeder school for UCLA.</p>
<p>Join the Honors Program at whatever CC you choose. It has a transfer agreement that significantly increases your chance of admittance.</p>

<p>Doesn't really matter where you transfer from as long as you do what you need to do. Im pretty sure both have TAP agreements, but if not, go wherever they do and TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT.</p>
