<p>I am not so sure how much time I will use up in college studying, but I can say that I am not exactly socially adept, and this board is great for talking.</p>
<p>oh gosh i am really an introvert in real life (until u get to know me... then i can be quite saucy.) im so shy and can never go up to a person/strike up convos.
if it werent for online cc or facebook or anything, i'd hav probably never met the ppl i know now. and i'd probably be entering uchicago friendless. </p>
<p>haha one "technique" i use to expand my social skills in real life is to pretend im talking on AIM or something. i feel more relaxed and comfortable and get to mingle w/ ppl better that way. or sometimes my technique fails. :)</p>
