Wanting to transfer to Reed, advice?

Hi,

I am a college freshman and that doesn't like where he's currently at and wants to transfer.

My senior year of high school I took at a community college, and they screwed something up and gave me a "D" in a "how to go to college" class that was only three weeks long. I didn't do anything about it as I was already accepted into where I thought I would stay and the administration was hellish to deal with.

So technically my HS GPA: 3.72 (would be over 3.9 without that D)

SAT I: 2010 (only took it once without any studying, 750 reading, 680 math, 580 writing)
Never took any subject tests

Now I am sure that this first semester of college I will be receiving at least a 3.9 GPA (out of 4.0) Considering all of this, how am I looking as a transfer candidate? Would I benefit from retaking the SAT or a subject test? If there was a remote possibility of me replacing that "D" would it be worth taking?

Thank you all,
The Gracken
