Warren College Orientation& Schedule of Classes

<p>I was wondering, are we required to attend the september 20 orientation?
What do we do there? I've read they will lecture on things, what will the topics be?
I can't find a schedule or any useful information on Warren College's website about the orientation, yet they expect me to pay $65 to sign up for a... T-shirt?</p>

<p>Also I was looking to check out the Fall 2010 schedule of classes as an Electrical Engineer, and I searched for ENG (Engineering) 1-99 courses and I receive the following:
There are no courses that match the criteria you selected.
Please refine your search and try again.</p>

<p>I am assuming the classes are not ready to be listed in the schedule? I really hope they will become available. Can anyone else check this for me?</p>

<p>Wait nvm, I found the ECE search instead of ENG, forgot they had a more specific category for it when I checked last time :)</p>

<p>I thought orientation was kind boring for the most part. They give you some good advice with stuff but you’re more or less paying $65 for a T-shirt and some food. And yeah, you’ll be taking ECE classes.</p>

<p>Consider your $65 the fee for moving in early and getting a t-shirt. You get lectures on classes, majors, general college stuffs.</p>

<p>You can move in on the 15th if you have a housing contract.</p>

Session on thurs-fri sept 16-17th for me…</p>

<p>i think some people get their orientation fees waived. I didn’t pay for anything for the orientation. warren btw</p>

<p>Oh. I forgot to mention I’m a transfer student, so I guess the dates are different, and apparently the cost as well?</p>
