are they coed floors? or single sex floors.?

Coed floors. Single sex suites.

do the warren res halls have air conditioning. i heard from someone that they dont, but the tour guide at admit day said yes. anyone who has lived there know?

Yea there's two AC/Heating thermostats in the suite that controls each side of the suite. The rooms don't have individual temperature controls, but if the suite air is on, it'll come through the air vent thats in each room.

in the suites, how many common areas are there? like with the couches & tv's. is there one on either end or just one for the whole suite?

There's one common area that has two couches connected to a small table in the corner as well as a coffee table. You'll need to bring the tv's and microwaves and such.

Also, I wouldn't call it a/c. its more like a fan than anything else since it doesn't really cool the air.

There is no air conditioning.

I beg to differ Slorg...both the AC's in my suite are on, and its blowing cool air. Though we may be an exception, because several people who've come here form different stuites have commented on how our AC actually blows cold air. I guess its the luck of the draw.

Plus socalgal said the tourguide told her there's A/C. Are you telling me the people who are trained to give tours and to know the answers to pretty much all the questions, don't know what they're talking about?

If you don't get cool air, your A/C is broken. Call maintanance to get it fixed. It's not that hard.

i asked the tour guide about A/C and they said no A?C and u cant bring ur own because of a fire hazard

my tour guide said no AC too...

hmm berk residential halls don't have ac also..
