This is my first time taking the SAT but my CR was a lot lower than the PSAT and all of the practice tests I have taken. It seems like everyone on here went down in CR and got much lower than usual.

CR was the highest section of the test for me (60 higher than math, 100 higher than writing) so I don't know what everyone's talking about, especially as it's usually my worst area

I know that the headline is from last year, but what I'm saying is if it happened last year, then there is a possibility that it could happen this year.

I stayed about the same from the PSAT, but did MUCH better than the CB/ Princeton/ Kaplan tests predicted. I never broke 2000 on any of those tests and I was freaking out. I stunk even on the CR and Writing, and got a 720 CR and 800 Writing. So muuch for me trusting those.

Hmm... reviewing didn't seem to help me any, but here's what I did:

-Read Barron's 2400 (I thought it was very helpful after I read it)
-Took PR 11 practice tests test: CR 670-710 (Barron's apparently wasn't helpful). I decided to not use their strategies...
-Read over all the prefixes, suffixes, and roots in Gruber's (a ten year old one my brother left at home).
-Wrote down the definitions of any new words I came across in my school reading, on CC, or whereever.
-Took another PR practice test: CR 800

March SAT: CR 800

I hope that's helpful... that's all I did for "prep", lol.
