It was my first time taking the ACT and it was really hard for me. I have taken a few practice tests, but this was so hard that I ran out of time on all of them and had to bubble in about 10 randomly on each test. What did you think?

rumor holds that they make the winter ones harder so that people will keep paying to come back in the spring and improve their scores... plus the mandatory free one that you will take later this year will be curved against the whole nation so you should definitely do better on that. i wouldn't be too worried, when you get your scores just figure out what you need help on most (even if it's everything) and just practice. the act is a skill in and of itself, it doesn't completely measure how smart you are.

Im kind of new at this because im currently studying abroad, if i want to go to universities in uk or in australia im pretty much ready but i really want to go back to the states for my uni,

but how do u know which one to take SAT or ACT? which one is easier and takes less time to prepare?

Everything seemed easier to me except for the math portion. I do better in math than I do in English, pity.
