<p>Seriously. Last year only two people got a 5 on the exam at my school - and they were both chemistry geniuses. I don't know this year's total, but I managed to get a 5 even though I did mediocre in the class and crammed the week of the test. Did they give us a better curve this year because of the new formatting?</p>
<p>I think the test was just as equal as it was in past years but the curve was higher because of the new format. I made very stupid mistakes on the FR and still got a 5. (I did the entire electrochem problem backwards)</p>
<p>Haha, I didn't even <em>study</em> the electrochem part :P It was late and I thought "hey, what are the odds that this will be big on the test? I can afford to miss a few MCs". Oh well lol.</p>
<p>I thought it was about the same as the past released tests and past FR.</p>
