Wash U - Bad AP Scores, but credit-worthy on others... Should I send?

This year I did not do as well on my AP tests as I would like. I was overwhelmed by my senior project, competitions, music programs, and my class work. I barely passed most and compared to all of the years I have taken AP tests, I did the worst this year. As an incoming freshmen at Washington University in St. Louis, I am worried these bad scores will negatively affect how admissions will look at me or even make them question why I was accepted to such a good school…

I have not sent my AP scores, but I know that if I do, I can get credit for two of them… but then again, I don’t want to be looked at badly because of the rest of my scores.

Should I still send my AP scores? Will my admission and/or scholarship be questioned? Thanks.

The school won’t question the admission decision or scholarship. You’ll be fine, and for sure send the scores for which you can receive credit.
