<p>So WUSTL is my #1 school right now and I really like everything about the school, but I'm wondering what my chances are of getting in. </p>

<p>ACT: 32
GPA: UW: 4.0 W: 4.3
Intended Major: Engineering</p>

<p>ECs:
Varsity Cross Country (captain this year, Academic all-state last year, state qualifier)
Varsity Track (state qualifier)
President of NHS
Vice President Student council
Many hours of community services
Many other ECs, just don't feel like listing all of them </p>

<p>Essay is one of the best I've ever wrote and Recommendations are great for two teachers I'm really close with. </p>

<p>do you plan on running at WashU? I think you have a shot, given your UW GPA but I think it would depend on your courseload, and where your higher-level classes fall. If you’ve taken AP math/science that’ll help. Your ACT is a bit low, but I think your athletics and recs/essay can help smooth that over. I think it is a low reach with what you’ve given, maybe high match if you apply ED.</p>
