I was wondering, which one is better overall? I am entering biomedical engineering. I am looking for an enjoyable college experience.

wash u in st. louis, u mich- ann arbor, emory, georgia tech

Would u please list from best to worst choice?

Thanks! :)

For engineering: 1. Georgia Tech 2. Michigan 3. WUStL 4. Emory!
If your looking to follow up with med-school (I'm assuming you are) then:
1. WUStL 2. Michigan 3.Emory 4. Georgia Tech (N/A)
Reasoning: Michigan has a top engineering and med school (#6 & #8 respectivley). WUStL one of the best med schools (#3) and a good engineering school (#34). Georgia Tech has one of the best engineering schools (#4), but no med school that I know of. Emory has a great med school (#20), but not a great engineering school!

Overall, I think Michigan would be your best bet, then Georgia Tech (you'd have to transfer to a grad school for med school), then WUStL, then Emory.

If I were you I'd go to Georgia Tech undergrad and then WUStL grad...

Is an "enjoyable experience" your main goal or is the best education in your major?

There can be quite a difference.

what i mean is that i do not want a cutthroat competition. I want it to be academically challenging, but I also want to enjoy my undergrad years.

well I defidently was looking for a similiar idea....and I chose Emory ED!

The campus of GA Tech looked too academically focused to me. It looked like all the kids did was study. I like variety: clubs, research, etc..

emory looked very nice. very pretty. but not a good engineering school :(

I agree...Emory def. isn't known for being talented Engineers. I'm just too biased!
