Wash U v. Georgetown

well accepted to business schools at both. Tough choice for me; i'm unsure which one to choose.

where would you pick?? why??

Georgetown is in DC, go for it.

Georgetown. Interesting variety of students and the D.C. location.

wash u. you’ll love it there

Georgetown in DC - it has excellent recruiting, especially for finance (granted, that field isn’t so great right now). It’s a hot spot for recruiters because of its DC location.

WashU’s name is still up and coming and won’t have as much exposure and “brand name” from St. Louis when compared to Georgetown’s McDonough School.

Georgetown. It’s in DC.

I will put a plug in for my alma mater. As my brother graduated from the business school at Wash U and has had a very successful business career, I don’t see how it really matters. He is talented, smart and funny, so its got a lot to do with personality, not where you go to school. He got his MBA working days and going to school at night at St. Louis U, so he is also a hard worker. Hope that helps.

Georgetown, good school great location. WashU, good school terrible location.

McDonough over Olin. For pre-med or Biology, I would recommend Was. U., but for Business, I think Georgetown wins.
