<p>If you’re truly a competitive ED applicant, then your choice of WashU or Penn ED should be driven by your choice of at which one do you see yourself thriving versus likelihood of getting admitted (and this also assumes you can afford either). As to premed, both are top of the line US colleges. Thus, they are fully capable of preparing qualified undergrads to be viable med school applicants. The question is how strong will you be, not the underlying college.</p>
