Ahh! I'm stuck between these schools and there are different things I like/dislike about each of them. I'm probably leaning towards Wash U and Williams. Which schools will provide the best opportunities after college?

Also I'm interested in majoring in biology.

Thanks!!!

Wash U has excellent programs in biology, and a great reputation among med school admissions, if that’s what you’re looking to do after college. Its been said a million times before, but any good employer will be impressed by Wash U. That said, when it’s close between schools, my best advice is to visit and try to see what feels best. Thats most likely to be where you’ll be happy for the next four years of your life.

WashU is probably a little better for Bio, but overall both schools will offer amazing opportunities. I think you should go where you feel most comfortable :)

Williams is really good for shooting you into grad school though. I’d look into it, if I were you.

Thanks for the responses! I’ll check out the wash u/amherst thread. I have visited all of them and I can see myself at each school which is making this decision a bit more difficult unfortunately.
