<p>Not at all. I submitted two more than required, and got in ED. Try it!! I doubt anyone in admissions would mind, they might actually like that you put in a bit of extra effort.</p>
<p>i submitted three teacher recs and then my rec from my counselor and got in ED. I think that if more teacher recs gives the admissions committee a good look at you from different perspectives, then it is ok. It mos def wont hurt.</p>
